SRUP1820 Semiconductor Grade Final Polishing Mixed Bed Resin

SRUP1820 resin is a mixed bed of cation and anion polishing exchange resins for producing ultrahigh purity water. It removes all ionic species, TOC (total organic carbon), silica and any sub-micro particles and the outlet water will reach over 18MΩ∙cm resistivity and less than 1 ppb TOC. The form of mixed bed product is H+ and OH- with high exchange capacity and its life time can be 1-2 years. This product is mainly used for semiconductor manufacturing. The equivalent products of other brands: Rohm Haas AMBERJET UP6150, UP6040.
